We work seven days a week (Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, weekends 9am–6pm), can often clear a property the next day, and our prices start from £180 including VAT for a quarter-van load.
What does a house clearance include?
A house clearance means we remove everything you no longer want from the property, from a single room to the whole house. Our team does all the lifting and loading, including furniture, white goods, electricals, boxes, garden items and loft contents. Before we leave we sweep through the cleared rooms, so the property is ready for sale, letting or handover.
Items in good condition are passed on for reuse or donation where possible, electricals are recycled as WEEE, and the rest goes to licensed recycling and disposal facilities rather than landfill wherever we can.

What we can’t take
For safety and legal reasons, we don’t remove hazardous waste:
- Asbestos or anything suspected to contain it
- Paint, solvents, oils and garden or household chemicals
- Gas bottles, fuel cans and anything pressurised
- Clinical waste, needles and sharps
- Large quantities of soil, rubble or plasterboard (ask us first)
